The Alabeo PA38 Tomahawk v3.2 is actually an X-Plane 10 addon which when used in X-Plane 11.55 has a significant nose up flight condition that limits flight to about 80KIAS using full nose down trim. I posted instructions on another topic thread on how to fix this problem which I believe should be done first before bothering to change any other parameters in the ACF file that you might have issues with.
